Masami KAWASAKI is currently the Representative Director at Shimmerose Inc., established in November 2021. Originally, launched in 2015 as consultancy service on platform between global markets and Japanese one. Under her entrepreneurship, Masami regularly develops social issue-related business, coordinates high-level meetings with stakeholders for effective achievements. In about 3 years, targeting on “unknown-yet-in-Japan” products, crafts and artistic works from the world, she develops sales channel including corporate sales, online business and gallery exhibition.

Prior to this, she led Huawei Technologies Japan Co. Ltd Government/Stakeholder Relations organizing a platform for multistakeholder dialogue for 5G mobile communications system. As one of the remarkable achievements, under the company’s global launch program on education and skills - Seeds for the Future -, reaching Japan’s top level university students, together with the other country managers of Huawei, she contributed to the global company's promoting corporate citizenship. She won the PAC (Public Affairs Communication) Outstanding Individual of the Year Award, nominated by the Huawei global team.
